All orders are processed and delivered within 4–6 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note that Friday is considered a non-working day and will not be counted in the delivery timeline.
Inspection Upon Delivery
At New Vision, we value your satisfaction. Therefore, you may inspect your order upon delivery to verify the:
Size
Color
Fabric quality
Design
If the item does not meet your expectations, you may return it immediately with the courier before completing the delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Once the delivery has been accepted and the courier has left, returns and exchanges are not permitted, except under the following conditions:
The product has a manufacturing defect.
An incorrect size has been delivered, provided the order was received by another person on your behalf.
In such cases, you must notify our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
